CONDOLENCE: Sincere sympathy is extended to the Thrapp families USA on the sad bereavement of their father Joe (late of Drumnacooha and predeceased by his wife Eileen and parents Willie and Ellen Thrapp Drumnacooha,brothers Paddy Jimmy Peter USA). The parish express condolence to his sons Joseph William Jimmy, daughters Ellen Patricia grandchildren, sons/daughters in law, brother Willie Drumnacooha Killoe sisters Bridie, Drumlish, Annie (Lynch) Longford, Mary Ellen, USA, extended families friends. Requiem Mass was held in New York with internment in St Charles Cemetery, Faringdale, New York. Joe departed from his family and home in Drumnacooha in July 1947 spending a life time of 65 years New York and trust he will rest peacefully in the care of the good Lord.
