On Friday, January 3rd last, a beautiful wedding took place in St. Mary’s church in Granard when Fr. David Melly united Tracy Mulvey and David Feely in holy marriage. Tracy is daughter of Noel and Teresa Mulvey of Ferriskil and she had her sisters Noeleen Barber and Marilyn McGivney as her bridesmaids, while David, who is son of David and Mrs Feely Ballinacross, had Eugene and Brian Feely as his best man and groomsman. The readers in the Church were Tommy McNally and Malcahy Feely and the prayers of the faithful were by Melanie Mulvey, Hugh Holland, Ciara McGivney and Dwayne Mulvey and the sacred music was by Stephanie and Breda Donohue. Following the ceremony the happy couple and their families and guests travelled to the Hotel Kilmore where they were treated to a lovely meal and were provided with an evening of great entertainment. We join with the Mulvey and Feely families in wishing Tracy and David a long and happy life together.
