Kettle bell classes
Kettle bell classes will resume this week, starting Monday, 13th January and Wednesday 9.30am and 8pm in Granard Sports Complex and on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8pm and 9.15pm in Loch Gowna community Centre. Results of the pike fishing competition held on Sunday, 12th January on Garty Loch Arva. 1st Jason Carr and son; 2nd Joe McDermott; 3rd Gerald McShane.
Sympathy is extended to Mrs Nora Reilly, Ballytrust, Loughduff, on the death of her husband Joseph (Joe), which occurred on Tuesday, 7th January. Also sympathy to his sons Luke, JJ and Thomas, daughters Breege, Mary and Majella, sister Peggy, daughters in law, sons in law, nephews, nieces and relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.

Sympathy We extend our deepest sympathy to Paddy Smith, Corfree , Loch Gowna on the death of his sister, Mrs Dymphna Brady, which occurred in England on Tuesday, 31st December. Also sympathy to her son Anthony, daughters Dymphna and Caroline, sister Maureen Harten, brothers Jimmy, Mick and Donie, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces , relatives and friends. Her remains were removed from Essex, England to St Mary’s Church, Ballinarry on Friday evening, 10th January and following funeral mass on Saturday at 11am, burial took place in adjoining cemetery. May she rest in peace.
