A group set up by Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides a free vocational assessment service for individuals who have acquired brain injury and want support to return to work training or education. The death of Maureen Williams, late of Parnell Row, Granard, occurred recently in Manchester. Mass for the repose of her soul will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Granard on this Wednesday evening at 7.30pm. Sympathy is extended to family relatives and friends. May she rest in peace. The death of Michael Salmon, late of Graffogue, Granard occurred at Acorn House, Mullingar on 18 August. Removal took place from Our Lady’s Manor Edgeworthstown on Tuesday evening to St. Mary’s Church, Granard. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial to Granardkille old cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sister May Seers, England, nephew Basil, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace. Sympathy is extended to the family, relatives and friends of the late Edward O’Reilly, Cloncovid, Mullahoran who died recently. May he rest in peace.
