FESTIVAL: Cloone homecoming festival and schools re-union: Table quiz taking place in Creegans pub on Saturday 2nd February at 9.30.Lots of prizes, come along and enjoy a good night’s craic. The committee would welcome more photographs and articles relative to the locality or schools. Items submitted will be scanned and returned.

PILGRIMAGE: Ardagh & Clonmacnois Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes from May 27th – June 1st, 2013.Sick pilgrims fund Church gate collection will be held on this Sat/Sun 26th and 27th January 2013. Please contribute generously.

LECTURE: Lecture on Killegar papers in Ballinamore library on Wednesday 30th Jan at 7.30pm.Speaker will be Martin Morris an archivist who worked on these papers. Martin will explore the papers and what they tell us about the people who created them. Admission free. All welcome.
