Old Graveyard Killoe: A Committee was set up some time ago to organise that the Old Graveyard in Killoe be newly landscaped, levelled and reseeded and that the headstones that were falling down be re-erected. These works have been carried out and a rededication ceremony will be organised for late August or early September 12. ISPCC FUNDRAISER:The Olde Forge Kiloe are hosting a fundraising event in aid of childline and Barnardos charity with five local males competing for the envious title of “Drag Queen of the Olde Forge”. Music on the night by Ray Fenelon and Connie Reilly. This very diversified night will be held on Saturday 7 July 2012 starting from 9.30pm onwards. Admission is open to all and everyone is welcome to a great night of entertainment.

WEDDING:Congratulations to Gary Nolan son of Seamus and Margo Bawn Killoe who exchanged nuptial vows with Jenny Quinn daughter of Pat and Sandy Abbeyderg Kenagh Co Longford joined by families and friends in Ardagh Church last weekend.
