The parish extend congratulations to Frank and Patricia (nee Kelly) Kilbride, The Park House Hotel, Edgeworthstown on the occasion of their recent nuptials in St. Mary’s Church, Granard and Westport, Co. Mayo. A sumptuous reception was enjoyed by family, friends, neighbours in the Park House Hotel and good wishes are expressed to Frank, Patricia and their families for a long life of great health and happiness with a special good wishes from Killoe to Frank’s mother, Mary Lizzie.

The Longford Meals on Wheels wish to extend a sincere thank you for €366.80 to everyone for support at their recent church gate collection in the parish and good wishes for 2015.
A sincere thank-you to everyone for all the kind donations received at the recent coffee morning in Ennybegs Community Centre with a total of €1152.50 plus two €30 food vouchers, boxes of food and toys. All proceeds in aid of two charities, Bethany House and St. Vincent De Paul’s Longford. And they extend an extremely grateful thank you for contributions with wishes to all for a great New Year.
Sincere sympathy is extended to the Leavy families, Garrycam, Ardagh, Co. Longford. Bernie Campbell (nee Leavy) and families, Ohill, Killoe, Co. Longford, extended families, neighbours, friends on the sad bereavement of their father and brother Pat Leavey (late of Garrycam, Ardagh) Longford who was laid to rest last week. Requiem mass was celebrated in St. Anne’s Church, Ballycloghan with burial in Ardagh Cemetery. May he rest peacefully.
