Loch Gowna

It was with deep regret that we learned of the death of Mrs Rose Grey, Loch Gowna on Wednesday, 21st August, peacefully at Dr John Sullivan Nursing Home Cavan. Predeceased by her husband Ned in 1984. Rose worked for many years in Belfast, England and USA. On her return to Ireland she married her husband Ned and together they worked on their farm which she really enjoyed doing, as she had a great love for animals. Rose was a very good natured person and held in high esteem by all her neighbours and friends. She will be sadly missed buy her sons Philip and Eamon, daughter Margaret, brothers Pat and Willie, sisters Kathleen Margaret and Bea, son in law, daughters in law , grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces relatives and neighbours to whom we extend our deepest sympathy. Her remains were removed from Finnegan’s Funeral Home Cavan on Friday evening to the church of Holy Family Loch Gowna and following requiem mass on Saturday morning burial took place in adjoining cemetery. May she rest in peace.
