The recent deeply regretted death has occurred on November 14, 2012 of Lily (Elizabeth) Killian of of Drinan, Ballymahon, Co Longford, peacefully.

Her remains were removed to St. Matthew’s Church, Ballymahon for Funeral Mass followed by burial in Clonbonny Cemetery, Lanesboro.

James Keenan, Ballymahon, Longford

The recent peaceful death has occurred on November 13, 2012 of James Keenan of Ardnacraney, Tang, Ballymahon, Co Longford, in Mullingar General Hospital.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ellen, his sons Peter, Seamus, Thomas and Edward, daughters Margaret, Mary and Eileen, brother-in-law John, sister-in-law Maureen, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

His remains were removed to St. Mary’s Church, for Funeral Mass followed by burial in Temple A Valley Cemetery.

The recent peaceful death has occurred on November 13, 2012 of Paddy Lane, Dublin Road, Longford town, at the Lodge, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Longford.

Paddy, beloved husband of Maura. Sadly missed by his loving family, wife Maura, son Pat, daughter Anna, brother Joe, daughter-in-law Janice, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren Conor and Tom, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May He Rest in Peace

His remains were removed to St. Mel’s Cathedral Centre for Mass of the Resurrection followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin.

Brendan Turner, Killashee Road, Longford Town

The recent death has occurred on November 14, 2012 of Brendan Turner of Clonturk, Killashee Road, Longford town.

Beloved husband of Deirdre. Predeceased by his brother Patrick. Sadly missed by his loving family; wife Deirdre, daughter Emily, son Roger, brothers Michael and Oliver, sisters Mary and Annette, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May He Rest in Peace

John (Jack) Kelly, Moydow, Co Longford

The recent death has occurred on November 11, 2012 of John (Jack) Kelly of Monascallaghan, Moydow, Co Longford ,at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore, in his 95th year.

Predeceased by his wife Eileen Ellen, sadly missed by his loving daughter Geraldine (Cunnion), son-in-law Mel, sister-in-law, granddaughter Emma, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace

His remains were removed to St. Mary’s Church, Moydow arriving for for Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the local Cemetery.

Mary Battrim, (née Gallagher), Granard, Co Longford

The recent deeply regretted death has occurred on November 13, 2012 of Mary Battrim (nee Gallagher) of Cloughernal, Granard, Co Longford, peacefully at her home, in the loving care of her family.
Her remains were removed to St. Mary’s Church, Carra, Granard for Funeral Mass followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Rest in Peace

Her remains were removed to the Holy Trinity Church, Ballinalee for Funeral Mass followed by burial in St. Emer’s Cemetery, Ballinalee.

Julia Morgan, (née Quinn) of Saint Patrick’s Terrace, Longford Town

The recent death has occurred on November 13, 2012 of Julia Morgan (nee Quinn) of Saint Patricks Terrace, Longford town and formerly of Esker, Ballinalee, Co. Longford, at The Laurel Lodge Nursing Home, Longford.

Wife of the late Tommy, deeply regretted by her loving family, Liz, Marian (Reilly), Teresa and Patricia (Connell) sons-in-law Brian, Ray and Brian, grandchildren Thomas, Jacinta, Shane and Niamh, great-grandchild Ellen Julia, granddaughter-in-law Lisa, sister Nellie Duignan (New York) brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. Her remains were removed to Saint Oliver’s Church, Cullyfad for Funeral Mass followed by removal to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin for Cremation.

The recent peaceful death has occurred on November 12, 2012 of Mary Coyle (nee Kiernan) of Corry, Carrickboy , Co Longford, at the General Hospital Mullingar.

Predeceased by her husband John. Deeply regretted by her loving sons John, Eamon, Brendan and Michael, her sister Betty, brother Noel, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Muireann, Una, Karen and Michelle, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace

The recent death has occurred on November 10, 2012 of Joseph (Joe) Biggs of Dublin and late of Ballymahon, Co. Longford, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff at St. James’s Hospital.
