WHITE COLLAR BOXING LAUNCH: St.Barrys/Kilglass Gaels White Collar Boxing Launch took place last Sunday night at Costello’s Shannon Bar. There was a good attendance at the launch and the event will take place in October. We will be giving you lots of details in the coming weeks.
CLONDRA CEMETERY SUNDAY: Clondra Cemetery Sunday takes place on Sunday, August 15 next. Prayers and blessing of graves will take place at 7:30pm. Mass at 8pm.

Rosary: The Rosary will be recited every Friday evening in St. Anne’s Church, Scramogue at 7pm. Parishoners are asked to participate.

COMMUNITY CENTRE: The new centre is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 am to 2pm. All are welcome to call. There is always something interesting happening in the Centre each Tuesday and Thursday.
CEMETERY SUNDAY: Kilglass Cemetery Sunday will take place on Sunday, August 7. Scramogue Cemetery Sunday takes place on Sunday, July 31. Mass will take place at 11:30am and this will be followed by the blessing of the graves. Please try and have all graves looking tidy and neat.
PILGRIMAGE TO FATIMA: A pilgrimage is due to take place from September 22-29. Cost for seven nights is €754. Contact Fr Eamon O’Connor Spiritual Director for further details.
WORLD YOUTH DAY: World Youth Day will take place in Madrid 16-21, August. Maximum of 30 young people from the ages of 18 to 35 yrs are welcome to travel. Details and cost of itinerary are available at frank.mcguinness@elphindiocese .ie
