Holy week Celebrations

Holy Thursday, April 2nd Mass of the Lord’s Supper in Clondra at 8pm with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 11pm. Good Friday, April 3rd meet at Clondra church at 12 noon and we will walk to Killashee by the canal, along the way we will pray the Stations of the Cross. 3pm ceremonies in Killashee. Stations of the Cross, Good Friday evening at 7.30pm in Clondra. Holy Saturday, April 4th Easter vigil at 8pm in Killashee. Easter Sunday, April 5th Mass in Killashee at 10.30am and Mass in Clondra at 8pm. Confessions after all Holy Week Celebrations.

Community Games

The annual Easter Egg raffle will take place on Tuesday, 31st March. Tickets are available throughout the parish at the moment and cost €2 per line. There are 3 monster eggs to be won and a special draw for all those who sell a full card. Your support as always is greatly appreciated.

The results of the St Brigid’s GAA lotto were 10, 15, 17, 27. There was no jackpot winner. Winner of the 40 euro was Catherine Egan. Winners of the 20 euro were Ronan Skelly, Padraig Fallon and Maeve McWeeney. The next lotto draw will be held in the Chestnut Tree on Sunday April 5th for a jackpot of 7520 euro.


Fundraising for a replacement of a defibrillator for the St Brigid’s GAA clubhouse. To assist in funding a new defibrillator we are looking for any scrap metal you may have lying around. It can be dropped in Liam Farrell’s yard in Clondra during the week between 9am and 5pm. Alternatively we can organise collection for you.
