Community Games
Indoor soccer, hard luck to the under 13 boys who lost out to Strokestown recently, all boys played well, thanks to Richard Farrell and Richard Moss for training the boys the last few weeks. Next up were the under 13 girls, the girls had a great semi final, they were up against Kilbride, they won their match which got them a place in the final against Elphin. All girls played so well and never gave up against a very strong Elphin team. Well done girls in getting silver. On behalf of the parents, I would like to thank Pat Halpin for giving up his time also to train the girls over the last few weeks. Swimming is on the 19th April in Roscommon Pool, any children who wish to take part please contact Grainne O’Boyle 087 9914869. Thanks to schools - Ballyfeeney, Whitehall and Cloonfour for facilitating the art and handwriting.
