I want to thank you all for your good wishes following my recent bad fall. Thanks to those who visited me in Hospital, those who have telephoned and sent in text messages, sent e-mails and called to see me. I am slowly on the mend, thank God.

Monster Bingo

Monster Bingo takes place in Kilglass Community Centre on Sunday, January 25th at 3pm. 10,000 euro in prizes. Books cost single 15 euro and double 20 euro. Heated Centre with ample parking.

Mass from Whitehall on RTE

Mass will be broadcast live from Sacred Heart Church, Whitehall this coming Sunday, 18th January on RTE radio 1 at 11 am.

Road Safety

Be aware of wind, remember if cycling or walking you may not be aware of traffic close to you. Again be careful of those frosty mornings that may not look frosty.

Barry’s to organize event.

St. Barry’s club are organizing an event re fire disaster fund for John Joe Cahill, Whitehall. It is hoped to organize an event within the Community to help John Joe re build his home. Please support the club as it tries to help out John Joe at this difficult time for him.
