Tang Muintir are currently holding elections to form a new committee for the next three year term. Each household should have received Ballot papers this week and we would appreciate if you would take time to elect people in your area that you feel will make a good contribution to our Community Council. Please put your Ballot papers in the envelope provided and a member of our existing Committee will collect them from 21st to 26th April. If you are not at home when they call please leave your Ballot Papers into the Box in the Church porch by Sunday 27th April. Closing date: Monday 28th April. Thank you for your participation.

Want to have fun and make new friends? Join the Gold Smith girls to learn how to play and compete in Gaelic in a fun way for all girls aged 5-14 years. Training every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm in Tubberclare GAA pitch. For more information contact: 086-6049154.
Ballymahon clothing factory re-union of all the people who worked in Ballymahon Clothing factory, Claffeys, Dubtex, Balman, Manford and Manford Direct. All past employees of these factories, together with their partners, families and friends are invited and all who would like to attend on the night. The venue is Rustic Inn, Abbeyshrule on Friday, 25 April starting at 9pm. All are welcome to join in the fun. Music will be provided by various artists following by a Disco with D.J. Michael Rooney. Raffle and spot prizes on the night. Donation buckets will be at the door and all proceeds on the night will be donated to local charities.
