There was widespread shock and sadness in the area at the news of the sudden and untimely death of Peter Hopkins, Newtowncashel. Deepest sympathy is extended to his wife Brigid, children James and Amy, parents Carmel and Sean, brother John and sister Marie, in-laws, aunts, uncle, cousins, relatives and large circle of friends. Peters funeral mass took place in Newtowncashel with burial in Saints Island. May his Soul Rest in Peace.
