Festival 5th May: 3 weeks and counting and everything is coming together nicely. Fingers crossed the sun will be out again for the fourth year running. Previous cake sales have been brilliantly supported both by bakers and hungry tummies alike. We are again inviting all residents to bake some Cakes, Buns, Pies etc to sell on the day on behalf of Dromod Development. These can be left at Cox’s Steakhouse on Sat 4th May or before 12pm on the day at the marquee. The Festival Committee would again appreciate the help from volunteers on the day. This will involve helping to supervise the different field activities, setting up tables, chairs and artwork in the marquee and also marshalling the fun run. We are still very interested to hear from any individuals, groups or organisations who could further add to the success of the day. Please contact us on dromoddevelopment@hotmail.com or by phone on 08799 72439. Fundraising is now in progress and we hope that we will get the same generosity and support as have ion previous years. We look forward to your support and will keep you updated.
