Waist Removal Drumreilly: Welcome to our new members who joined us last week. Carmel Mulvey gave a very interesting talk last Wednesday night on how to reduce calorie intake through cutting out sugar and fat. She outlined the high sugar content of many foods and drinks we consume on a daily basis and left us with plenty of food for thought. The group lost four and a half stone, well done to everyone. Colm Reilly from The Nature Trail will be our speaker next Wednesday night. Our Sunday morning walk continues at 11am. New members are still welcome to join.
