Toddlers Group

Parent and Toddler group 10am in Currycahill Hall on Friday morning. All pre-school age children and babies and parents welcome. 3 euro per family. Tea /coffee and biscuits will be served. Further info in toddlersballinalee.wordpress or Isla on 087 6353987.

Yew Tree

Well done to the Cilloe Yew Tree Players on their excellent production of the play Cash on Delivery at the weekend which attracted large crowds from Ballinalee and all over the county. A great night’s entertainment.

Gun Club

The Ballinalee/Killoe Gun Club are holding a clay shoot on Sunday 2nd April on their clay grounds at 11am. All insured members are welcome.

Vintage launch

The launch of the Killeen Bunlahy Community Groups Vintage and Static Show takes place in Creegans this Sat night April 2nd with an Irish night. All musicians welcome. Refreshments served.

Lights

The Council are in the process of changing the service provider for public lighting in the county. Due to this main faults repairs are being delayed until new health and safety procedures are in place. This is the case with the lights on the Longford road. Assurances have been given that this will be repaired as soon as these are in place.

The club meet today Wednesday at 11am in Currycahill . Pat Wilson and his team on duty.

Oral Irish

The local branch of CCE are holding an oral Irish course day this sat April 2nd in the Greville Arms Granard for junior and leaving cert students from 10- 4. Cost 15 euro per student.

Whist drive

The monthly whist Drive takes place in Currycahill on Tuesdays April 5th. All card players welcome.
