COLLECTION

A churchgate collection in the parish in aid of the Holy Family School, Cootehill raised €330.31 and the organizers on behalf pf the School wishes to thank all who contributed for their generosity.

COURSES

South West Cavan CDP is running an introduction to Internet and Email for Beginners starting on Monday 21st March in the Réaltóg Centre, Kilnaleck. The course will run on Monday afternoons from 2.00pm-4.00pm for 5 weeks until Monday 18th April. The course is open to Adults in receipt of a Social Welfare Payment or Medical Card, or anyone over 55 years of age. There is a fee of €20 for the course payable at the first class. GIVE BLOOD

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service will hold a clinic in St. Brigid’s Community centre, Loch Gowna this Wednesday and Thursday March 30th & 31st. from 5.30 – 8.30 pm daily. All existing and new donors most welcome.

DIABETIC FUND

Proceeds of the late Frank Donohoe, Diabetic Fund amounting to €2,105 have been presented to the Day Care Centre, Diabetic Unit, Cavan General Hospital c/o Maisie Johnston, SRN. Many thanks to all who donated so generously.
