Three men have been remanded in custody until August 21 after appearing in court following a garda operation in Ballymahon last week, in which a firearm and cannabis plants with an estimated value of €20,000 were recovered.
Three men have been remanded in custody until August 21 after appearing in court following a garda operation in Ballymahon last week, in which a firearm and cannabis plants with an estimated value of €20,000 were recovered.
Jacek Sroczynski (35), Lucas Fratczak (27), and Pawel Mazurek (31), with addresses at Moy Close, Ballymahon, appeared before a special sitting of Sligo District Court on Tuesday, August 4, accused of cultivating cannabis plants.
The three men were remanded in custody to appear before a sitting of Harristown District Court on August 7 and were subsequently remanded in custody to appear before a sitting of the same court on Friday, August 21.
