2014 Longford Rose Kathleen Mahon will perform on the Late Late Show Eurosong special tonight with two other Longford natives, Paul Grealy and Paul Gurney. Singing the Charlie McGettigan-written ‘Anybody Got a Shoulder’, Kathleen is one of five acts in the running to represent Ireland in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.

The programme will kick off at 9.35pm tonight on RTÉ 1, and supporters are asked to tune in and vote for the talented Youth Worker’s performance.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Kathleen will progress to the Battles round of The Voice of Ireland.

Having impressed the judges at her Blind Audition, Kathleen was thrilled when both Rachel Stevens and Kian Egan turned their chairs around. Kian, however, was the lucky judge to recruit Kathleen’s talent to his team.

Now, Kathleen will face Kilkenny teenager Fionn Gardner in a battle, singing Fun’s ‘Some Nights’.

To see if Kathleen makes it through to the Live rounds, tune in to the Voice of Ireland this Sunday night at 6.30pm on RTÉ 1.
