Body of missing Longford student found

Gardai have located the remains of 16-year-old Nathan Reilly from Longford town following a search which was launched after the teenager went missing from his home last Friday.

Sixteen-year-old Nathan had been reported missing from his home in Longford town since Friday (June 20), prompting gardai into issuing a public appeal.

When last seen, Nathan was wearing a sky blue hooded top, grey tracksuit bottoms and white runners.

Gardaí have thanked the general public for their assistance.
