Drumlish/Ballinamuck Set dancers in All Ireland Final: We wish every success to the young set dancers from Drumlish and Ballinamuck who contest the All Ireland Final in the Scór competition in The Travellers Rest Castlebar on February 19th.

Drumlish/Ballinamuck Set dancers in All Ireland Final: We wish every success to the young set dancers from Drumlish and Ballinamuck who contest the All Ireland Final in the Scór competition in The Travellers Rest Castlebar on February 19th.

This dance troupe include Shane & Ciarn Quinn, Mark Breslin, Ruair Carty, Natalie Connell, Sinad Breslin, Siobhn Breslin, and Mandy Cassidy. They are trained by Yvonne Breslin and Bernie Collum and are the toast of the parish. We join them their families and the whole community of Drumlish and Ballinamuck in wishing them every success in the All Ireland Final.

Memorial Charity Hunt and Auction

The above will take place on Saturday next 29th January leaving the GAA grounds Dromard at 12 noon followed by the auction and raffle after the huntsmen return at 3.30pm approximately. All proceeds from the day going to Meals on Wheels and Tubberpatrick Cemetery Committee.

Fr. Manning Gaels Annual Dinner Dance

The above will take place on Saturday next January 29th in Flynn's Shannon Key West Hotel Rooskey. Music will be supplied by Nite Fever. The meal will be served sharp at 9.00pm .The victorious St. Vincent's Minor Championship winners will be presented with their medals on the night. Tickets: Adults €35, Students €25, available from committee members or from Stephen McDermott on 087-6644512. Tickets for entry to dance after the meal and presentations €10. Hope everyone enjoys the night.

Ministry of Reader in St. Mary's & St. Patrick's

Anyone who would like to participate in this ministry is welcome to put their name forward to either of the priests or to any member of the pastoral council – new faces and voices very welcome.

First Holy Communion for the Parish

Please note the correction I the dates s there was a mistake on the Parish Calendar. Drumlish Childen will receive their First Holy Communion on May 7th and Ballinamuck children on May 21st. Details will be published again nearer to the event.

Eucharistic Adoration

The above continues at the usual times during the coming week – our intentin for prayer might be peace. Now that the New Year is truly with us we might renew or make a new resolution to "spend one hour" with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament All are welcome even for a few minutes.
