Hospice thanks

Rooskey Hospice Support group wish to acknowledge a cheque for 310 euro donated by Dynamo Rooskey soccer club following their New Years Day soccer match. Hospice appreciate the effort made by the players given the severe weather conditions at the time. A cheque for 347 euro was donated by Paul and Colman from their Christmas 'Guess the Santa' night in the Kon Tiki also. Thanks to everyone who contributed and your continued support as always is appreciated.

Celebration evening

A celebratory evening to mark Fr Prendergast twenty years in the parish, (previously postponed due to bad weather), has been rearranged for Friday 4th of February at 9pm in the Kon Kiki. There will be mass at 8pm in Kilglass church preceding the celebration. Everyone welcome.

Cake sale

Slatta Community Playgroup are holding their annual cake sale in Slatta school on Sunday, January 30th after 10am mass. All donations of cakes, buns etc are welcome. Please support.
