PENANCE

An opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Penance/Confession will take place on Tuesday December 21st Ballinamuck @7.00pm and Drumlish @ 8.00pm

WEATHER

The weather forecast is for a return to Arctic Weather conditions this weekend. Elderly people should make sure to have plenty of food and fuel in the house and avoid having to venture out in these dreadful conditions.

CHRISTMAS PARTY

Drumlish Senior Citizens Party will take place on Sunday 9th January in the Olde Village Inn. All are welcome

CHILDREN'S PARTY

Ballinamuck Children's Party will take place in the '98 Hall Ballinamuck on Sunday next December 19th from 3.00 – 5.00pm. Lots of Fun and Games. Balloon Shaping, Face painting, and a Special Guest for all the little ones.

SOCIAL SERVICES

Longford Social Services Church Gate Collection will take place at all Churches on December 11th & 12th

PARTY

Ballinamuck Senior Citizens Christmas Party will take place this year in the '98 Memorial Hall Ballinamuck on Sunday 12th December at 2.00pm. Anyone who would like to entertain on the day please contact Mary Breslin on 086-1777294.

AGM

Fr. Manning Gaels AGM will take place on Friday December 10th at 8.00pm in Monaduff clubrooms.

BINGO

Ballinamuck Bingo continues on Tuesday nights at 8.30pm(for Winter) in '98 Hall Ballinamuck. All are welcome, and your support would be greatly appreciated.

RECENT DEATHS

Please remember in your prayers the soul of Mary Gaffney (nee Gray) formerly of Main St Drumlish who died in England last week. And Eugene Brennan formerly of Lettergeeragh who died in Letterkenny and was buried in Ballinamuck on Sunday last.
