CHRISTMAS LIGHTS: Sincere thanks to Gowna Development Association for their initiative of erecting Christmas lights in the village.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS: Sincere thanks to Gowna Development Association for their initiative of erecting Christmas lights in the village.

The lights will enhance the village for the festive season and hopefully will reap returrn for the business community.

SANTA CLAUS

Santa Claus will make his annual visit to the children's Christmas party which will take place this year on Saturday 18th December in the Pikers Lodge Hotel. Party will commence at 4.30pm with the arrival of Santa.

SYMPATHY

Deepest sympathy is extended to Seamus Keogh Loughdavin Loughduff on the death of his brother Pat which occurred at his home in Loughdavin on Monday 29th November. Also sympathy to his sisters nephews ad nieces. May he rest in peace.

St Patrick's National School Loch Gowna Childrens Concert will take place on Wednesday 22nd December in St Brigids Community Centre at 7pm.
