Following last week’s series of bus transfers and service cancellations, Iarnród Éireann has announced that delays to services on the Dublin-Sligo line are set to continue.

Since last Monday, flooding has been causing delays of approximiately 30 minutes to services on the line as passengers had to be transferred by bus between Longford and Carrick-on-Shannon, while the 16.00 Dublin-Sligo service has also been cancelled each day as a result.
