President Higgins to visit Ardagh

President Michael D Higgins will visit Longford on Friday, March 14 to tour Ardagh Heritage and Creativity Centre.

A showcase will take place on the wide range of courses that go on at the Heritage Centre, giving the Irish President a full insight into life in ‘Creative Ardagh’.

Guests are invited to attend at 10am before the President’s arrival and are welcome to join in one of the heritage-based art classes after the President has departed.
