CHRISTMAS PARTY: The annual Christmas party for our senior citizens will take place in the community centre on Sunday January 16th between 3 and 6.30pm.

Music will be supplied by Chris Cronin. It is essential to give your name to any of the following Autumn Club members so that the committee know what number of people will be there on the day: Mary Heslin, Margaret Reilly or Brigid Byrne or any other member. The next meeting of the Autumn Club will be on Thursday 13th January at 8pm.

Members of the Cornageeha Group Water Scheme are asked to conserve water by ensuring field troughs are turned off, supplies to sheds, drinkers and taps are not left to run needlessly. Unless there is a significant reduction in water usage the committee have been requested to turn the scheme off at night between the hours of 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. Wasting water results in unnecessary water bills which will inevitably be passed on. Taps and drinkers running unnecessarily are wasting water thereby wasting money - your money. Members of Fearglass, Errew and other water schemes in the parish are asked to follow the same advice.
