Next Wednesday, April 17 at 11am in the Longford Arms Hotel, a short briefing will take place on a new initiative – CPL Momentum Project. CEO, CPL Anne Herety will also be in attendance on the day and all jobseekers interested in participating in a new course are invited to come along and see for themselves what is on offer to them.

The project aims to provide Longford job-seekers with the personal skills needed to adapt to the changing economic environment and with the opportunity to acquire knowledge in the area of food and supply chains. These courses are free to all those who are on the live register for 12 months or longer and there are currently 19 learners who are eight weeks into their 40 week course for Food Process Technicians - a course that is being undertaken at the Longford Enterprise Centre.

To book please contact Monica.mckeon@cplmomentum.com or phone (086) 3879279. Check out learning.cpl.ie/food-handlers.html for more details.
