A finger knitting demonstration will be given by Ester Casey on Tuesaday 15th Feb at 8.30pm in the parish hall. Refreshments will be served. Next monthly meeting on Tuesday 1st March at 8.30pm. Teas Lily Hannify and Helen Beirne. Competition a handmade St Patrick's day card. New members welcome. Coming up 1 pilates classes, 2 a talk on "emotional health awareness" to be given by the Samaritans, 3 Day trip to An Grianan.

GAA LOTTO

The winning numbers were 6, 12, 20, 27. 100 euro Thomas Casey; 50 euro John Geelan; 25 euro Sandra McDermot ; 25 euro M O'Reilly. Next week's draw will be held in Casey's worth a jackpot of 3500 euro.

VIGIL

World day of prayer for the sick will be held on this Friday 11th February the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. The night vigil will commence on Friday evening at 8pm in the college chapel, St Mel's College and conclude with the 8am Mass on Saturday morning 12th February.

ANNOINTING THE SICK

The sacrament of the annointing of the sick will take place at the 10am Mass in the college chapel St Mels College on this Saturday, 12th February.

STATIONS

Lent and Easter are very late this year. Ash Wednesday is on March 9th . Now might be a good time to consider having the station Mass in your area. Anyone who wishes to host a station please contact Fr McGovern to arrange a date.
