Cannabis plants worth over €90,000 found in Ballinamuck grow house

Garda� uncovered a cannabis grow house in Edgeworthstown at the weekend.

Around 114 cannabis plants with an approximate street value of €91,200 have been found in a grow house in Ballinamuck.

The drugs were found during a search of a house in Ballinamuck yesterday by Gardai from the Divisional Drugs Unit based in Roscommon.

A twenty-two year old man was arrested and is being detained under the provisions of section 2 of Criminal Justice(Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at Longford Garda station.
