Laois name team to face Longford

Laois boss Justin McNulty has named his starting 15 for the Leinster Senior Championship clash with Longford in Glennon Brothers Pearse park on Sunday.

Laois boss Justin McNulty has named his starting 15 for the Leinster Senior Championship clash with Longford in Glennon Brothers Pearse park on Sunday.

The starting line up is an experienced one with survivors of the 2003 Leinster championship winning outfit, the ever busy Ross Munnelly and rangy former midfielder Padraig Clancy, occupying the right corner forward and full forward positions repectively, whereas relative newcomer Gary Walsh is included at left corner forward. Billy Sheehan is retained at centre half forward. John O’Loughlin and Brendan Quigley are paired at midfield.
