Gary and the VM Restaurant received a glowing review from Lucinda O’Sullivan, food and hospitality critic, and columnist with the Sunday Independent.

Ms O’Sullivan had nothing but good things to say, explaining that; “Everything was executed to exhilarating perfection with care and thought for presentation and flavour combinations.”
