Quinn Bros bring two prime parcels of land to market

editorial image

We will get a good indication of land values in the region when Quinn Bros Property Partners offer a 54 acre holding at Ennybegs for auction on March 28 in the Longford Arms Hotel.

Selling agent, Jonathan Quinn, told us this is 54 acres of good and mixed quality land and it also features a derelict two storey period residence. The property has already attracted much interest from local landowners but also a number of would be bidders from around the country who would see merit and challenge in restoring the property to its former glory.

The farm is situated on the outskirts of Ennybegs village, less than 8km north of Longford town. The lands also command some road frontage.

Another compact holding new to the Longford selling agent is a farm dwelling and 37 acres at Ferefad on the edge of Longford town. This property enjoys substantial road frontage and will be for sale in one or more lots. The house is a compact, traditional country cottage.

The holding is situated less than 5km from the heart of Longford town and just 1km off the main Dublin to Sligo N4 road. Jonathan Quinn tells us these are good to mixed quality lands in parts and it also features tubury rights.
