Liam Reilly Auctioneers reports plenty of interest in land auctions

Liam Reilly Auctioneers, Ballinagh, is reporting solid interest in the three land auctions he has scheduled over the next six weeks. The first will be offered for sale on March 7 and is 17 acres and goes ahead in Crover House Hotel. This is a non residential holding and includes circa 1.85 acres of bog/habitat.

Then on March 8 the focus will switch to Arva when a 33.5 acre non residential holding at Drumhilla, Arva, is offered for sale at auction in the Breffni Arms Hotel at 4.30pm.

The Arva lands are of a very good quality and run alongside a secondary road. The selling agents have already reported good interest in both holdings.

He will return to the auction fray then on Friday, April 5 at the Farnham Arms Hotel in Cavan for the auction of a 33 acre residential farm at Drumcrow, Corlismore.
