Edgeworthstown houses in receivership sale

Fresh from last week’s revelations that three Longford town-based properties are to be included in a bargain basement sale next month, another set of homes are currently being offered as part of a receivership sale.

Numbers 50-52 at Edgeworthstown estate Abhainn Glas are currently on the market for an asking price of €45,000 per unit on the instructions of receiver RSM Farrell Grant Sparks.

All three semi detached properties are 1,224 sq ft in size and come with three bedrooms, modern kitchen fittings and tiled hallways.

Each have bathroom and well furnished en suites, comfortable sitting rooms and oil fired central heating.

It comes after three other properties in the Ardnacassa area of Longford town were added to an Allsop Space Property auction at Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel next month.
