Longford Youth Factor returns in January

Are you tired of singing with your hair brush in the mirror, playing with your band in the garage, or dancing with your friends on the kitchen floor?

Well your time to shine has finally arrived. Longford Youth Factor, organised in conjunction with the Attic Youth Café and Foroige, returns next January and auditions for the show take place this Saturday, December 8, in the Temperance Hall.

If you think you have what it takes to be the next budding star to come out of Longford why not get involved and put your talent to the test. The Longford Youth Factor is always a huge success every year with young people enjoying being able to showcase their talents to live audiences over five weeks.

This X Factor Style competition is organised by the Attic Youth Café and Foroige for all talented young people of County Longford aged between 13 and 18 years, still attending secondary school, to get involved. From singing, dancing, bands, comedians, and even if you can touch your nose with your tongue, WE WANT TO SEE YOU! All talents are welcome.

Auditions for the competition will take place in the Temperance Hall on Saturday December 8, from 2pm – 4pm, and everyone is welcome to attend. Contestants will be judged in X Factor style with a panel of judges. Live shows will commence on Saturday January 12 in Temperance Hall and will run for five weeks. Cash prize of €1000 up for grabs. How do you win? YOU GET INVOLVED!!!
