Portadown’s Adam Carroll, who led Team Ireland to a historic victory in the A1GP series in 2009, has been confirmed to perform at the upcoming Bavaria City Racing Dublin.

Bavaria City Racing Dublin will provide five hours of non-stop Formula One and motor sport action for everyone to enjoy in the heart of Dublin city centre on Sunday June 3rd.

Carroll will line up alongside an ever growing list of international and domestic motor sport talent that includes the Vodafone McLaren F1 team, Caterham F1 Team, the Aprilia Superbike team, the Motorbase British Touring Car team and the Mini Cooper WRC team.

The Bavaria City Racing Dublin F1 city track starts at the Convention Centre Dublin and continues along Customs House Quay before crossing Butt Bridge, chicanes at D’Olier Street, zips past College Green and the Central Bank on Dame Street before reaching the chequered flag on O’Connell Bridge.

For those who want to get closer to the action there are three ticketed premium performance zones on the track at Customs House Quay, O’Connell Bridge and at the Main Paddock on North Wall Quay. Tickets for these areas are priced from €75.90 and are available from Ticketmaster.

Bavaria City Racing transforms the city landscape into a racetrack to bring the world of motor sport onto the streets of major European cities. It has been successfully hosted in Rotterdam and Moscow and comes to Dublin for the first time this June.
