Cajun band set to play in Skelly’s, Ballymahon

The Souterrain

The Souterrain

After packing rooms to capacity during their tour in September 2011, the Souterrain is returning to Skelly’s, Ballymahon, with new songs and new friends, The West Nile Ramblers. The two bands share a rhythm section, so the party keeps stomping while the songwriters pass the baton.

On Saturday August 18, come, chill out and enjoy the sounds of the Souterrain and The West Nile Ramblers in one of Longford’s best loved music haunts.

The West Nile Ramblers honkabilly sound is a smorgasbord of Jazz, Cajun and Bluegrass. Alex Roth and Andy Lentz err on the side of variety with an extensive repertoire of originals.
