Tug-of-War fundraiser for St Brigid’s

Killashee St Brigid’s GAA are hosting a tug-of-war fundraiser on Friday 21 September at the Chestnut Tree, Killashee at 8.30pm. Billed as the “War on the Green”, it promises to be an extremely enjoyable affair. It is still open for teams to enter provided they can get eight people in total. Both Ladies and Mens teams wanted. Gerry and Teresa Dooner of the Chestnut Tree have kindly sponsored the magnificent Cup for the winners on the night.

Admission is €5. Light refreshments will also be on offer. A raffle will take place with a wealth of spot prizes there to be claimed. Music will be provided throughout the evening by Paschal, Liz and Davy. All the proceeds from the evening go to the Killashee, St Brigid’s GAA club.
