Planning Applications, October 29 - November 2

The planning notices submitted to Longford County Council during the period October 29 to November 2.

The County Council received one valid planning application during this period. Desmond Kiernan applied for an Extension of Duration of PL7 – planning permission for a proposed two storey house with detached garage, bored well, proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area, entrance wing walls, boundary fence and ancillary works at Castlenugent, Granard, Co Longford.

In addition, further information was submitted for three existing applications.

John Ward submitted additional details to his application for change of use of an industrial unit. The following works will be carried out: Authorised Treatment Facility for the recovery of end-of-life vehicles, which will consist of a de-polluting area, for the storage and sale of spare parts, storage areas for quarantined and decommissioned vehicles, set down area and parking, connection to existing services and utilities, and all associated site development works at Kenagh, Co Longford.

Frank and Mary Donovan provided additional information for their application regarding the Extension of Duration of PL07/306 – to erect a house, provide effluent treatment and all associated work at Killeeny, Killashee, Co Longford.

Barry Kiernan added details to his application for Extension of Duration of PL07/565 – a two-storey house with detached garage, entrance, boundary fence/wall, proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area, and all ancillary site works at Cloonturk, Longford, Co Longford.
