Participants from all over Ireland and overseas took part in the Ultra, full and half marathon and relay run. The committee ad organisers must be congratulated on setting up this huge event each year which has put Longford very much on the map and good for the town and surrounding areas. Many thanks also to all the volunteers each year who man the water stations ,act as stewards ,all the other organisations who volunteer and help out in anyway, resulting in the great success of Longford’s marathon.
