Community Charity shop: Are looking for any unwanted clothes, shoes, handbags and bric a brac for there shop in ballymahon. We are also pleased to offer an ironing service. Mini Marathon Training now takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Skelly’s in Ballymahon. We are looking for people to take part in the event to raise funds for the local community groups. Sponsor cards are available from Richard in the shop or phone 09064 52615 for more details.

Art Club: Our group - male and female,  continues to meet each Tuesday  8 - 10pm  at Dean Egan Bridgeways Centre.  It is hoped to commence a ‘yarn artists’ programme next week, in conjunction with our regular drawing and painting. An outing will also shortly be planned.  Sub €5 per session.  New members always welcome.  Bring along a sketch pad, pencil and rubber.   Contact Frances 090 6432203.

Ballymahon Library: To drive the cold winter away why not come along to Ballymahon Library on Friday evening at 7.30pm and celebrate the coming of spring with a concert of beautiful celtic music in the company of international group Celtic legends. They are also launching their new CD called ‘To drive the Cold winter Away’.
