Here are the Longford Leader Death Notices for Tuesday 21 August.

Mary Kate Hewitt, Ballymahon

Formerly of Aughnacrannagh, Kenagh and Pollagh, Newtowncashel. August 19th, 2012, peacefully. Mary Kate, beloved wife of the late Michael. Dearly loved mother of Michael, Liam, Cyril, Raymond, Paul, Mary, Sheila, Dolores, Noleen and Rosaleen, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sister Sheila, brothers Bernie and Michael, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at the residence of her son Michael, Gurteen, Ballymahon. Removal on Wednesday to St. Dominic’s Church, Kenagh for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Cashel Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning please.

The staff and management of the Longford Leader wish to extend their sympathies to the bereaved.
